It's always hard to make boy cards especially teens. Scrap Diva Designs has the perfect die for teen boys, Converse Mini Album Die. It's a Converse All Star inspired die but could be turned into any brand your boy loves. I made a Philadelphia Sixers inspired show for my nephew for his birthday because it's his favorite team. The Happy Birthday Die is Stamplorations Skinny Sentiments Dies.

Meghan, this is a great card! I really love the sneakers. You're right, teen boy cards are so difficult to make, but this die makes it so easy. I love how bold the image is. Your nephew will love it for sure. I really don't have a favorite basketball team. I'm not too good at sports. Although my daughter has me interested in Caitlin Clark. She's so amazing!
