This two-page layout captures the sweet send-off from IL to PA from the fitness class I taught Body Pump (we called it "Strong" and the friendships built along the way. I used bright watermelon-inspired red and green papers from Graphic 45 Sunshine On My Mind, flowers, hearts, and layered patterns to celebrate this special group Pat, Diana, DeAnn, Mary, Rose, Meg, Kathy, and Cindy and the memories we made together at Elite Fitness in Western Springs.

Meghan, these are wonderful scrapbook pages! It’s so nice to remember our coworkers like this. I love your bright colors and it’s so nice seeing everyone’s smiling faces. Back in the day, I did step aerobics and absolutely loved it. Today I just do my exercise bike on the back patio. However I have so many fond memories of going to the gym years ago.
