It's Your Birthday...Have Another Cup...of COFFEE

Hi Crafty Friends,
I have been having so much fun Guest Designing for Your Next Stamp this month. This post is for me to share my favorite technique and FAVORITE stamp set from YNS! I ADORE this Ellie Loves Lattes Set, I have made SOOOO many card with her (see below). For this card, I wanted to add my favorite technique, which is STENCILING. I just LOVE lifting up the stencil and seeing what it looks like, each time it's like a mini surprise party for myself.

Q: What is your favorite technique this month?
A: Me? Stenciling! I have also been enjoying Distress Oxide Ink Blending.

 I started my card by using this awesome COFFEE BEAN STENCIL and making the edges darker and fading in to lighter as I worked my way to the middle. I diecut Elle using the Kat Scrappiness Wonky Wavy Stitched Rectangle Die and framing it in teal to match her sweater. I finished it stamping the sentiment and adding the little YNS Gumdrops.
