Cuddle Up

Hi Crafty Friends,
It's time for a NEW Challenge at Rachelle Anne Miller Creative Studio! The theme is ALWAYS Anything Goes but there is an Optional Twist for an extra entry! February's Optional Twist is Layers. I created cozy teddy bear card using Cuddle Up. I made the background using a knit stencil and blue Paper Glaze, then layered a knit embossing folder on top of that for layers and layers of warmth.
