Watercolor & White Embossing

Hi Crafty Friends,
I was inspired by the #TEMakerChallenge Watercolor for these three watercolor cards. I watercolored the backgrounds and splattered them with watercolor then I stamped Taylored Expressions Lucky Leprechauns Cling & Clear Combo, Taylored Expressions Frosty Cling & Clear Combo, and Taylored Expressions St. Nick Cling & Clear Combo with Versamark ink. I added WOW white embossing powder and heated the images so they would POP from the watercolor background.

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Do you like to watercolor?
A: Me? Not really

  5. Meghan, for not liking to watercolor, you really did a great job on these! I love how bright and bold they are. This is a great way to use those smaller images. I usually do like water coloring on cards. A little can go a long way. I love your technique that you’ve used here and I’ll have to try that for sure. Thanks so much for sharing with us at Word Art Wednesday!
