Otterly Fabulous Day

Hi Crafty Friends,
I have another card using my favorite stamp set from Ink N' Splatter Otterly Love. These playful otters are just so dang cute. I used a stencil and foiled the background with Thermoweb Glass Slipper and added little glass gems to create the underwater look.
