Turtley- Awesome Birthday Pop Up Card

Hi Crafty Friends,
Time for a Turtley-Awesome Birthday Card! I decided to make this one UNIQUE & interactive! I love this Cupcake Pop Up Die Set from Karen Burniston. I made this card as bright and colorful as possible. I added the fun sequins to give it a sparkly punch! Hope you enjoy!
