My Favorite Things 2019 Card Design Superstar: Innovation Master

Hi Crafty Friends,
It's that time of year again the My Favorite Things 2019 Card Design Superstar Contest. I have had anxiety about this since it was announced. So I worked really hard and I am throwing my hat in the ring! Here is my design for the INNOVATION MASTER Category. This took FOREVER to make but totally worth it! Head to my Instagram to the see the VIDEO of it in ACTION HERE.

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: What is your favorite kind of interactive card?
A: Me? I love Shakers! And I love this new technique for a shaker that I made for the Innovation Category.
The strings are held between two pieces of foam tape.
The background was created with Distress Oxide Inks and splattered with water, Perfect Pearls, and Distress Oxides.
Coloring was done with Copic Markers for hours :).

Don't Forget to WATCH it LIVE HERE!

  3. Wow Meghan!! This is so creative and beautifully done in every way. Those little strings with the beads takes it up another whole level (or five or ten levels, really). Best of luck, because you deserve to win!
