  1. Oh my these are darling! Love the stitches behind offsetting the patterned paper tree. Yuppers if these dont bring JOY nothing can! As for thank yous sent.. usually, but it does depend on the person (twice someone was offended). Merry Christmas ... and extra treats for Maddie!

I don't always send thank you notes... I should though!

  3. Our family draws names to give gifts and I'm usually with that person when I open it...unfortunately I won't be this year. However, my thank you is usually an in-person hug and peck on the cheek! I hadn't thought about it until now, but this year I think I will send the person who gives me my gift a thank you card. Thanks for helping me think about this :)

I think it's so important to let the giver you are thankful for their present they thought hard to give you.. I wish the younger crowd would still do it. but I am not seeing that. Happy New year.

  22. Absolutely beautiful color combo. Hope your New Year started great and we're so delighted that you took the time to join our Challenge at Word Art Wednesday. Living you with the timeless Word of God that comes from 2 Peter 1:19-20 that says, "And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts, knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone's own interpretation." Be encouraged.
