Hi Crafty Friends,
I gave a summer shaker for you today featuring this cute little sea creature from Ink N' Splatter's Seas Every Moment Stamp set. I stenciled the background with Altenew's Scallop Stencil and made a fun shape for the shaker bits.
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:

i really like how you put this together with the different shapes, the "sand", everything. My favorite sea creature would have to be whales. I don't know which I like best. We went on a whale watching boat trip in Alaska in a little boat with just the captain, and the whales got so close we were able to see down their blow holes. It was amazing. I don't remember which type it was, but it was COOL. The blow hole had 2 chambers...I didn't know that.ReplyDelete
Really cute shaker card! I love the way you created the background with the scallop stencil.ReplyDelete
I like dolphins!
Forgot to put my name in there... again! Darn Google!Delete

Love the interpretation of the sun and sand in your adorable little whale scene created in the frame cut, creative and fun. And it probably wasn't easy getting all those layers under the shaker and still have the sprinkles on top of each of the patterns... great job. Thanks for sharing is us at Double Trouble and The Crafter's Cafe.ReplyDelete
