Poppy Stamps has gorgeous stencils and this is my favorite, the Deco Diamond Layering Stencil. I used different shades of blue Distress Oxide Inks and blue foil for my background.

That background us so cool! Love how you can look right into it. If I put stripes and plaid together successfully Its a win for me, usually a pattern with a solid. You are the pattern paper picasso above all!
