Kendra's Card Challenge #13 with Not 2 Shabby's Beautiful Quarterly Cottage Charm Release

I was inspired by Kendra's Card Challenge #13 to create 15 cards with the NEW Not 2 Shabby Quarterly Release Cottage Charm. I used the Beautiful Blossoms 6x6 Paper Pad, Beautiful Blossoms Ephemera, and matching Cherry Blossom Spring Cottage Sparkling Enamel Dots.
