Little Card, Big Thank You

Hi Crafty Friends,
I have a bright yellow Brass & Bliss Build-a-Bloom Anemone thank you card for you today. This is a beautiful early summer flower so they should be blooming soon! I used Brass and Bliss Woven Cover Die 5809D for my background with black honeycomb paper from the Brass & Bliss The Paper Cut Sweet As Honey Paper Pad.

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Do you grow anemones?
A: Me? No, I don't have a green thumb but I think they are lovely

Step #1: I started by creating my anemones from the Brass & Bliss Build a Bloom Anemone Dies 5808-01D from yellow cardstock with orange for the centers and kelly green for the leaves.

Step #2: I die cut the Brass & Bliss Woven Cover Plate Die from orange cardstock to match the centers of the anemones.
Step #3: I arranged the flowers growing from the bottom of the card and finished with a sentiment from the Brass & Bliss Thank You Stamp & matching Die Set 34057.

  4. Meghan, what a lovely floral card! That background cover die is gorgeous... especially with the color you chose to complement the center of the flowers. I've never grown anemone flowers, but your card makes them look wonderful. I'll have to check to see if our local garden center carries them. Thank you for sharing your talents once again with us at Double Trouble!!! -Donna
