This is a super cute card, Meghan! I love the colors, and I love how you created a background using a different stamp set than the monkey. They go so well together. I also love your reverse scallop die. That makes such a nice statement. I think that I probably have worn a party hat as an adult, probably for one of my mom‘s recent birthdays. I have a great niece who would like it, as she's loves Monkey's when so goes to the zoo.
