Peppermint Foiled Mugs

Hi Crafty Friends,
I was inspired by Pink and Main Challenge #19 Shiny. My cards feature Pink and Main Peppermint Foilables, Pink and Main Mugs & Kisses Stamp Set, and Pink and Main Cherry Red CheerFoil.  TheSanta mug is serving up major holiday cuteness with a whole lot of mugs and kisses. I added shiny peppermint foil, sparkly candy pieces, and cozy cocoa vibes for a card that feels sweet enough to sip. The reindeer mug is bringing all the cozy Christmas cheer with peppermint sticks, shiny red foil, and the sweetest cocoa vibes. Sugar, spice, and a little sparkle definitely make the holidays nice!

Winter Reindeer Wishes

Hi Crafty Friends,
This Sweet November Winter Wishes Reindeer is wrapped up in pink holiday cuteness and ready to deliver some holly-days cheer. I love the mix of berry paper, scalloped layers, and tiny tag detail for a card that feels merry, bright, and just a little bit sassy.

Snow Angel Penguins

Hi Crafty Friends,
It's Christmas in July! These little penguins are celebrating by doing snow angels. The snow background is Thermoweb Gina K. Designs POLY-GLAZE Foiling Sheets, Winter Snow with Thermoweb Lilac Deco Foil Transfer Sheets. The glittery shiny silver background for the card base and penguins is Thermoweb Gina K. Designs Fancy Transfer Foil, Silver Sequins which I also used for my sentiment.

A: Me? Probably 10 years ago! We barely get snow anymore 

I started my card by creating my backgrounds with the toner sheets and foils using my Gina K Designs Fuse Foiling System Laminator. Then, I die cut the snow angel part of my penguin out of the silver sparkle in the center, that way I could cover it up with the snowflake design and just have the edges showing.

I mounted the penguins on top of the snowflakes with Thermoweb  Gina K Foam Squares to make them pop from the background.

Merry & Bright Snowflakes

Hi Crafty Friends,
I was inspired by the Taylored Expressions #TEMakerChallenge for July: Tone-on-Tone. I made glittery snowflake cards in multiple colors featuring Taylored Expressions Mega Messages Dies Merry & Bright, the snowflake from Taylored Expressions Pretty Postage Collection Stamps, and Taylored Expressions Snowflake Backdrop Stamp. My red is TE Premium Cardstock Cherry Pop, blue is Cotton Candy, purple is Jelly Donut.

Merry Christmas Cocoa Penguin

Hi Crafty Friends,
This sweet Christmas card features an adorable Poppy Stamps Coffee Penguin tucked beside a festive Poppy Stamps Nordic Cozy Cocoa Cup and tiny wrapped gifts. I kept the design mostly white with pops of red and kraft so the cozy holiday details really stand out.

I kept this card clean and simple so there aren't too many steps. I used a retired Poppy Stamp Heart Coverplate for my background and then added my dies in red, kraft, and white to the center of the card.

I added the Poppy Stamps Merry Christmas Fluffy Script Sentiment die surrounding my penguin and cocoa cup.

We Fish You a Merry Christmas

Hi Crafty Friends,
I was inspired by Lawn Fawnatics Challenge #224 Christmas in July for this festive underwater Christmas card is full of playful details, from the Santa-hat sea creatures to the decorated seaweed tree from Lawn Fawn Christmas Fishes Stamp Set. I used Thermoweb Transfer Duo with the bubbly underwater stencil and Thermoweb Decofoil Silver Sparkle. The layered ocean waves are Thermoweb Decofoil Indigo Dreams and blue cardstock.  The “We Fish you a Merry Christmas” sentiment is a fun play on the classic Christmas carol.
