It's Cake Time!

Hi Crafty Friends,
It's time to stock your stash of Birthday Cards for the year and Poppy Stamps has all the dies you need to do it. I'm inspiring you with this penguin birthday party card with penguins and birthday cakes. The yummy cakes are Poppy Stamps Layer Cakes 2696 and the penguin trio come from Poppy Stamps 2026 Penguin Party collection of dies.

Step #1: I started my card by die cutting all three penguins in black and white cardstock and gave them little orange beaks and feet. Then I die cut each party hat in purple from the Poppy Stamps 6x6 Vibrant Violet Paper Pack SP1013 to match the purple plaid paper background from Memory Box 6x6 Anemone Plaid Paper Pack PP1025.

 Step #2:  I die cut the layer cakes in shade of purple and added gold flames to the candles.

Step #3: I arranged my penguins around the cakes with the coolest penguin in the center with his purple shades. Then I finished my card with two birthday sentiments from Poppy Stamps Birthday Banners Stamp and Die Set.

Lulu's Love Letters Be Mine

Hi Crafty Friends,
Happy Valentine's Day! This sweet little girl is from Digi Doodle Studios called Lulu's Love Letters. I put her on a Valentine card but she is perfect for any kind of Happy Mail and comes with all sorts of sentiments not just Valentine's Day. The heart die is Lawn Fawn Lacy Heart Stackables and the Be Mine is Honey Bee Stamps Bitty Buzzword Valentine Dies.
