I was inspired by Woodblock Wednesday for this little bug Valentine. I love these little buggies from Stampendous. The beautiful pattern papers are from Ink N' Splatter Little Darling Paper Pad and the sentiments are from Pretty Pink Posh Valentine Greetings.

I Cherish Our Friendship

Hi Crafty Friends,
I'm so excited to share Brass & Bliss NEW Release! This release is filled with gorgeous stencils, dies, and stamps. Today, I am showing off the NEW Dot Dash Nested Rectangle Dies 5302-03D and NEW Abstract Circles 6x6 Stencil 4403.

Q: Do you have any friendships from elementary school that you still have today?
A: Me? No, but I loved those times

Step #1: I started my card by using the Abstract Circles Stencil with Brass & Bliss Blending Brushes and Color Fuse Ink #9. Then I splattered it with white Copic Paint and the Whisper Ink.

Step #2: I die cut my stenciled background with the Brass & Bliss Dot Dash Nested Rectangle Die and mounted it on dark teal cardstock.

 

Step #3: I used the same dark teal cardstock to die cut the shadow of the Friend Script with Shadow 5406-04D then  cut the word friend from white cardstock. Then, I stamped the "I cherish our friendship" sentiment from Brass & Bliss Kitty Says Friends 3327 onto the Brass & Bliss Nested Tag Dies 5704D.

Step #4: I finished my card by mounting my sentiment tag off to the right and Friend Die overlaying the edge. Then I added small enamel dots in the corners for extra texture.

Heart Balloon Bunny

Hi Crafty Friends,
I LOVE the Sweet Bunnies Stamp Set and Sweet Valentine Paper Pad from Ink N' Splatter. I featured the little bunny with the heart balloon from the stamp set for this darling Valentine and layered hearts behind him in the beautiful Sweet Valentine Paper.
