Your Next Stamp May Release Preview: Baby Blessings
Hi Crafty Friends,
I am SO EXCITED to be Guest Designing for Your Next Stamp's May Release this month. It is absolutely DARLING! My favorite set of the release is what I am using for this preview day and for the NEW Release blog hop tomorrow! It's called Baby Blessings and has so many sweet images and sentiments to welcome a new little one to the world. After you check out my design below please head to the Your Next Stamp Blog to see the rest of the previews! And don't forget to come back tomorrow for the Release Day Blog Hop, SALE, and GIVEAWAY!
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: How much did you weigh when you were born?
A: Me? I'm an identical twin and we were premature by 2 months so I weight 1 pound 9 ounces! EEK! My mom had to buy us doll clothes for the first three months of our lives!
I started my card by using Distress Oxide Blue ink to create the background. I used a start stencil and star die cuts to create the sky and frame the little cutie on the moon. It's hard to tell but I used Wink of Stella glitter brush to make the stars sparkle and finished my card with the sentiment.
Thank you so much for stopping by! Be sure to follow and leave me a comment answering my Make Crafty Friends Q & A! For more inspiration head to my Instagram and follow me there too!

Avo' Nice Day!
Hi Crafty Friends,
I have to say this stamp set is probably one of my favorites out of the hundreds that I have. How cute are these avocados?! I mean the faces, the pun sentiments, just darling right? This is one of the sets in Kat Scrappiness May Release "You Guac My World". Don't miss out because I have guaranteed this one will sell out. Get it here and use coupon code meghan for 10% off!
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Do you like avocado?
A: Me? YES! I eat a full avocado everyday!
I started my card by using Distress Oxides to create the argyle plaid background with an AMAZING stencil from NEWTON's NOOK. I then used my layering heart die to create a little frame for the avocados. I colored the cuties with copic markers and added glossy accents to the little seeds in the center. I drew the little stitches around the heart to match the argyle stitches. Then I finished my card with the die cut hearts, sequins, and pun sentiment.

Whooo... says Owls Are Nocturnal?
Hi Crafty Friends,
Whooooo said owl stamps can't be spring themed? Whooo says they can't have yellow feathers and a beautiful LADY? I got creative with this cutie and put her in a spring scene with sunshine and yellow flowers to match her belly!
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: If you could see an owl with any color feathers what would you want to see?
A: Me? Rainbow
I used a cute cloud pattern paper for the background sky, then hand cut the tree and branch for the owl to sit on. I added the die cut sunshine and clouds to the sky because this owl is not nocturnal. She loves sunshine and flowers!

Java Great Birthday!
Hi Crafty Friends,
Guess what? This is my first post as an OFFICIAL member of the AMAZING Kat Scrappiness Design Team!!!! Have you joined in the Coffee Lovers Cardmaker's Spring/Summer Blog Hop yet? Kat Scrappiness is a SUPER Sponsor and has an amazing deal for you 15% off EVERYTHING in the COFFEE category. All the items I used in my card below can be found in that category!
Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: What is the craziest coffee or tea concoction you have ever had?
A: Me? I'm not very adventurous so I have had Gingerbread Coffee from Trader Joe's and it was GROSS.
I started my card by creating the coffee bean panel with the Gina Marie Coffee Stencil from the Kat Scrappiness Store. I used Tea Dye and Ground Espresso Distress Oxide Inks and blender brushes.
I taped it down to my blue base card. Then I die cut the wonderful Scallop Heart from the blue paper that matched my base and I diecut the white heart using the NEW Layering Heart Die Set (that goes with ALL Kat Scrappiness Heart Dies).
I colored the darling little man and mug with copic markers and foam taped him to the middle of the heart so he pops from the card. I stamped the sentiments onto a Kat Scrappiness Stitched Fishtail Banner die and added the sentiments to the top and bottom of my card.
The finishing touch was the little RED Heart in the corner of the heart die and the bright blue sequins.
Thank you for stopping by the blog! Please follow me here on my blog and leave comments answering all my "Make Crafty Friends Q & As" so we can become #CraftyBesties! You can find me on Instagram here.
