Group of Friends Two Ways

Hi Crafty Friends,
I have two cards for you today featuring Brass & Bliss Group of Friends Stamp Set with two different Brass & Bliss Stencils, Sunburst Rays & Layered Brick.

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:

Q: How big is your group of friends?
A: Me? My closest group was about 5 sorority sisters in college.

Card #1: Sunburst Group of Friends

Step 1: I created my background using different shades of yellows from the Color Fuse collection with the Brass & Bliss Sunburst Stencil and splattered it with gold and white paint. I cut the background from the Brass & Bliss Deckled Nested Rectangle Dies and mounted it on a blue cardstock base.

Step 2: I colored the group of friends with a variety of Copic Markers and gave them all little cheeks. I added the "Friend" Sentiment Die to match the blue border and stamped the sentiment using black ink.

Card #2: Purple Brick Group of Friends

Step 1: I created my background using purple stencil paste with the Brass & Bliss Repeated Brick Stencil and diecut it with the Brass & Bliss Nested Scallop with Holes Die and mounted it on black cardstock.

Step 2: I colored the group of friends with a variety of Copic Markers andI added the "Friend" Sentiment Die in black and white so it pops from the purple

  1. Love the critters! Super cute card!
I have a small group of friends, including a couple that go way back! One I went to junior high school with! We don't live near each other but we keep in touch online. Glad we reconnected after so long.
