Bookshelf Beauties

Hi Crafty Friends,
I know many people skip the fall cards and decorations and go straight to Christmas but I love the colors of fall. I created two cards with one of my favorite nighttime activities before bed, reading. They feature the Brass & Bliss Whispers of Fall 6x9 Paper Pad 2306 and Brass & Bliss Bookshelf Beauty Die 3858D.

Card #1: It's Not Hoarding if it's Books! 

Step #1: I started my card by creating my background using Brass & Bliss Repeating Bricks Stencil 4102 and white stencil paste. I just love the texture of the white bricks.

Step #2: I die cut the books and shelves from various fall colors from the Whisper of Fall Paper Pad and glued all the tiny designs on each of the books. Then, I arranged the books on my brick background with the long shelf and short shelf.

Step #3: I added the sentiment from the Brass & Bliss Between the Pages Stamp Set 37041. I die cut the sentiment using Brass & Bliss Nested Tag Dies 5704D. I finished my card with some enamel dots that match the peach book covers.
