Beautiful Pinwheel Emma

Hi Crafty Friends,
I am sharing a Pinwheel card with a Pinwheel image from Paper Nest Dolls. This is Emma with Pinwheel. I paper pieced a pinwheel background to match her red and purple outfit.

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: When is the last time you blew on a pinwheel?
A: Me? Do they even make those anymore? I think like when I was 5?!?

  1. So cute. Looks like my little grandsweetie. I gave some to my grandkids, so I blew on one about 2 years ago. It's fun to make it spin quickly :)

Probably the last time I played with a pinwheel was when my daughter was little, and that was a long time ago!

  5. Lol, they definitely still make pinwheels and my kids have gotten them as party favors and decorations over the year. Love this fun background with the image.

  8. Hmmm, I don't even look for pinwheels, but I do own a pinwheel die that I won, so I guess someone still likes them! I made a pinwheel for my granddaughter about 6 years ago but can't say that it worked very well.

  9. Sweet sweet card. The super cute little gal sure could be your relative for sure. Your paper choices always amaze me how perfect they are. Again I would never choose these colors and man o man it is so pretty together. Ha, pinwheel PTSD I think.. after getting volunteered to make pinwheels for a front yard birthday celebration... should have asked the age, 80! Lesson learned.
