Wellies!

Hi Crafty Friends,
It's April which means, rain and the best part of rain is cute rain boots. This is Secret Girl Emma from Paper Nest Dolls. I love her wellies so I created a whole card around them with rain boot background paper. I was also inspired by the pics of my niece and nephew splashing around in their wellies.

Make Crafty Friends Q & A:
Q: Do you have wellies?
A: Me? No but I need some, it's rainy in Chicago

Supplies:
Paper Nest Dolls Secret Girl Emma

  1. Whenever you do a card it comes from your heart, no matter one or ten. Then add these sweet pics and I melt every time. I say wellies now and it cracks me up me very time. Sweet and darling card with perfect colors!

  3. I do, for gardening if it's really muddy. It rarely gets very muddy, though. This is southern CA....

  4. I need some wellies! I was out clearing a culvert last winter and had to wear my regular shoes. That was not a great idea.... up to my knees in muddy water.

  5. Oh, your card is adorable, but your niece and nephew steal the show! They brought a smile to my face. Kids do love to splash around in puddles!

Okay, back to the card. I love that you found the perfect patterned paper to use with your cute little girl image. She loves the boots so much, she wears them even when it's not raining!

Thanks for sharing your April Showers Bring May Flowers project with us at Cut it Up!
