I have another card using my favorite stamp set from Ink N' Splatter Otterly Love. These playful otters are just so dang cute. I used a stencil and foiled the background with Thermoweb
Glass Slipper and added little glass gems to create the underwater look.

ReplyDeleteI've seen otters several times at a couple of the beaches on the central coast of CA.
Such a cute card, Meghan! Great background, too. I have seen otters at several aquariums and at Sea World/Orlando but the best places were at Loch Lomond and the Isle of Skye in Scotland. Thank you for playing along with us at Double Trouble Challenge #149. -- Melanie R.

Meghan, what a super cute card you've created! Those otters are adorable... I've spotted otters along the Oregon coast where we had a beach house for a week.
